missingWrote a review on Feb 18convenient locationunclean bathroomunwelcoming lobby
It's just one block from the airport bus station.
I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the room, particularly the bathroom, which did not smell fresh and affected my comfort. The service level was low when seeking help from staff. The lobby felt cold and unwelcoming, merely a waiting area without any real ambiance.

The public bath impressed me with its cleanliness and new facilities. I enjoyed the co-working space, perfect for getting some work done. Location near the park and subway was convenient for exploring the city. Breakfast offered a range of options, including a decent buffet. However, the room design was poor. it felt cramped and hard to move around. Housekeeping left our bed unmade, and there was a damp smell that lingered. Staff communication could be challenging, especially with a language barrier from the night shift employee.

Positive, The onsen was the best I've used. The breakfast at Terra was amazing, with a great selection of healthy options. Our triple room was spacious, with a fantastic bathroom and a lovely view of the city. It had convenient facilities like vending machines and a USB charger by the bed.

Here’s the good and the not-so-good.
The onsen was a lovely highlight, clean and never crowded, perfect for relaxation after a long day. Additionally, the buffet breakfast offered a good range of options to kickstart the day.
The room was tired and in need of refurbishment, with an unpleasant odor and outdated furnishings. Poor housekeeping standards added to the downside, impacting overall comfort.

I loved lounging in the onsen and trying out the jacuzzi. it was just the relaxation I needed! The space is cozy and well-equipped, making it great for unwinding after a day of exploring. Just a heads up, the breakfast was tasty but a bit crowded during peak hours. 😊

The location was convenient , just a short walk to some parks and a subway station. I particularly appreciated the spa area, surprising how dirt cheap it was for a massage.

It was just a commendable fit for a holiday in Sapporo with value for price. The breakfast buffet offered a good range of options, making mornings enjoyable. Consider taking the stairs during busy times to avoid long waits for the lifts.
