The public bath impressed me with its cleanliness and new facilities. I enjoyed the co-working space, perfect for getting some work done. Location near the park and subway was convenient for exploring the city. Breakfast offered a range of options, including a decent buffet. However, the room design was poor. it felt cramped and hard to move around. Housekeeping left our bed unmade, and there was a damp smell that lingered. Staff communication could be challenging, especially with a language barrier from the night shift employee.

i had a fantastic stay at mystays, surpassing my last experience in sapporo. the spa and onsen were well-maintained and such a relaxing retreat after exploring the city. breakfast was a treat, especially the delicious galettes at terra!

Positive, The onsen was the best I've used. The breakfast at Terra was amazing, with a great selection of healthy options. Our triple room was spacious, with a fantastic bathroom and a lovely view of the city. It had convenient facilities like vending machines and a USB charger by the bed.

I truly enjoyed my stay, especially because it was just a short walk to the stunning Odori Park and a stone's throw from the vibrant Tanukikoji Shopping Street, making it so easy to explore the city on foot. the spacious room offered a great view of the surroundings, allowing me to relax after my adventures.
